anybody who says “you think you have it bad? haha let me tell you about how bad I have it” on the internet probably doesnt actually suffer from oppression. the people who are like “that sucks, i can relate to that, maybe we can get through this together” seem to be the people who know what its like to really struggle. just my observations is all
also to clear something up, tumblr seems to have a mindstate that going to college “puts you in debt for the rest of your life” for some reason, and I know that this lie adds a lot of unneeded stress to high school students’ lives who see it and believe it (me included, at one point in time), so…
in short, fuck tumblr’s attitudes about “grades don’t matter” and “i’m offended because someone is breathing” and “it’s cool to be apathetic and hate everything” because the world doesn’t fucking cater to you guys, you pretentious assholes who expect everything in life to be sugar coated to y’all and you’re gonna have to grow up sometime
